1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Premier Maids & Cleaners, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Premier Maids & Cleaners provides professional cleaning services including residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, and related services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from our team.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), bank transfer, and card payments.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. This guarantee covers the quality of cleaning and does not apply to pre-existing damage or wear.

6. Liability

While we take utmost care with your property, Premier Maids & Cleaners is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces
• Items that are fragile, improperly stored, or damaged prior to service
• Damage resulting from defective or deteriorating conditions of property or furnishings

7. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Keys, access codes, or gate passes must be provided in advance. We are not responsible for lockouts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Premier Maids & Cleaners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
